Our services are priced as indicated on the website. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but bookings made before a price change will be honored at the price paid.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: You can cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. A fee of 50% will apply if less than 24 hours' notice is provided.

• No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

6. Refunds

• Individual Sessions: If you are unsatisfied with your session or the service provided, please contact us. Refunds are not available unless we are unable to fulfill the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Packages: Refunds for packages are not available once services have commenced. If you cancel before the first session, you will receive a full refund. If canceled after the first session, a 50% fee will be deducted from any remaining sessions.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our services are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment. You should seek advice from a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program. By booking our services, you confirm that you are in good health and are able to participate in the sessions.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Any delays may result in the loss of time for that session, and no refund will be provided.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health, goals, and other relevant factors to enable us to provide the most effective service.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All personal information shared will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of delivering our services. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
